AirSoft Auckland Inc (ASA) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. This document discloses our information gathering and usage practices.

Collection of information

You can access and browse our site without disclosing any personal information. To use the interactive features of the site some information will be required. This is to minize abuse. To view the image galleries and post on the forums, we will need your email. To attend events events we need some information to ensure your safety on the field. Joining ASA will require more personal information in accordance with the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Use of your information

ASA does not sell or rent your personal identification to third parties. We will release account and other personal information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law.

Updating and viewing Your Personal Information

ASA provides you with ways in which you can alter your personal data, including changing your email address, password, phone number, etc.

Control of Your Password

You are responsible for all actions taken with your user name, email address and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties.

Membership Removal

If you wish to have your registration removed from our directory for any reason, simply send us an email requesting to be removed. Alternatively, Members may de-register themselves on the Site.

ASA may contain links to a variety of third party sites to enhance the member experience. ASA has no control of either the content or privacy policies of such sites, nor should such links be considered an endorsement of these sites except where otherwise noted.
