Becoming a member without playing an induction game?

Are people allowed to pay and join the club if they haven't played an induction game? I work most weekends, and I'm having trouble getting my timetable to match your open play games, so I would like to be able to join so I can play whenever I have a free weekend. On the flipside, I can understand if you prefer to screen who you play with, and induction games could be as much for existing members benefit as prospective members. I live north of the city, so your field is much more convenient than other options, if it's an option

You can become a member without attending an induction game but you must attend at least one induction prior to coming to any of the members or NOMAD Milsim) games.

So just to make it clear: I can join, but before playing any other games I have to attend at least 1 open game? (induction only happens at open games. right?)

Correct you would need to attend one open/induction game prior to attending any members or NOMAD/MILSIM games
