As an Incorporated Society since the 10th of September 2007, our Constitution is our highest level of Rules, followed by the Rules and Laws of ASA.
The Committee and a General Meeting hold the powers of the club, including the power to alter the Rules and Laws of ASA.
The Constitution may be altered only by a General Meeting.
